The Orange Roter Veltliner

Arnold Holzer was challenged by his mates to make an orange wine out of obscure Wagram grape Roter Veltliner. So he took one barrel, chucked in some Roter juice on skins, let it do its thing, and bingo: textured, spicy, floral and very lengthy. But just one barrel, or in layman's terms about 300 bottles.
