Ana Noa - Sauvignon Blanc / Verdejo

From the uncontaminated Capo de Calatrava National Park in Spain we have this fresh, dry  and intense white.

Verdejo is often associated with Sauvignon Blanc for its aromatic profile and blending the two grapes makes a lot of sense from the winemaking point of view. The result is a well balanced and powerful nose with white peach, fennel with a touch of mint. The palate has the savoury of the Sauvignon Blanc and the "crunchiness" of the Verdejo and a hint of lime-sorbet on the finish.
