Passerina - Terre D'Aligi

Passerina name comes from the Italian word passero that means "sparrow" as apparently these little birds love eating this grapes from the vineyards.

Passerine grape is a white and rare grape variety from central Italy and this is a top end example: yellow-straw colour with greenish hues. Persistent, fruity nose with hints of citrus. Good structure, excellent freshness. It is delicate and Intense at the same time.
