" Phermento " Lambrusco di Modena DOC (Sparkling Red)

On this particular and delicious dry Lambrusco, Ermete Medici decided to use methode Ancestral for the second fermentation. It means that the second fermentation happen in the bottle. In order to happen, they don't filter it and the wine is a bit cloudy. The yeast is adding complexity to a very fresh, fruity and bone dry Lambrusco. Ideal with salumi, pasta dish or as an aperitivo.

To make this Pet Nat, the producer is not adding sulfites.
