Prosecco 'Confondo' - Costadilà Bianco (No added Sulphites)
This is a high quality but 'funky & natural' version of the Prosecco. In fact it is made with 100% Glera grape (the same used for the normal Prosecco) but is re-fermented in the bottle like Champagne and left on its lees and produced without adding Sulphites. It has an elegant orange tinge and on the palate is fresh, lively and savoury with dry fruit, cooked Bramley Apple and a hint of broom flowers on the finish.
