Sauvignon Blanc "Pied a Terre"
Pied à Terre sources its fruit from diverse vineyard sites from Sonoma and are only produced in excellent vintages. The fruit is then fermented by the incredibly talented winemaker Clay Mauritson. The grapes were fermented and aged in high-quality neutral barrels to prevent reduction and enhance the wine’s texture. An enticing, restrained aroma when initially opened gives way to an ethereal and exotic mix of fennel, pineapple, quince. Light and fresh!
