Val Del Moro Spumante Metodo Classico

Produced by Poderi Vaiot in Piedmont (North West of Italy) using the same method of the Champagne, Val di Moro is an excellent example of Spumante.

On the nose is pronounced and well-developed with the fragrance of bread crust, dried flowers and honeycomb. On the palate is full and round with an elegant and fresh finish.

An extraordinary whole meal wine but also for big occasions and sublime with Oysters.
