"9 Is Enough" Natural red - Valentina Passalacqua

9 Is Enough Rosso is made from the Negroamaro variety, a grape oozing with silky light red fruit and bags of acidity. Cherry and a touch of liquorice on the nose with a fresh finish.

Valentina Passalacqua is a young natural winemaker in Puglia.  She took over her family’s land (used only for cattle grazing since 1900) inside Gargano National Park to create a winery dedicated to indigenous grape varietals and producing easy-drinking, beautiful wines.
