Passerina "Val di Fara" - Spinelli

Passerina name comes from the Italian word passero that means "sparrow" as apparently these little birds love eating this grapes from the vineyards.

This is an excellent value for money white and it delivers all character of the Passerina with a delicate bouquet (white flowers and fresh peach in particular) with a dry, mineral but still gentle palate.
