Meet the Chichibio Crew:
Hailing from four corners of Italy, our chefs and hosts share a passion for food and an unwavering love for conviviality. Behind the scenes, Paolo and Lorenzo defy conventions, infusing fresh ingredients with flames. By day, they command busy kitchens in central London; now, they bring their unconventional flair to hidden gems across the city.
At the front of the house, Carmen, an event organizer and social advocate, uplifts those around her. Elisa, an established massage therapist in East London, weaves her holistic approach into everything she does. Nourishing both souls and stomachs, our hosts understand that true food experiences thrive in the embrace of a loving community.
