David Sterza Wine Tasting

 David Sterza is one of our exclusive direct imports from Italy. Based on Fumane, a small town north of Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella appellation, he makes outstanding wines with just 3 hectares of vineyards.

We're going to explore the secrets of his wine-making and the characteristics of his wines in the style of Valpolicella.

His techniques include the "Appassimento", which is used to make the Amarone, one of the finest red wines of Italy.
