Pecorino "Serranella"- Spinelli

Pecorino is an ancient white grape variety from central Italy and despite the name there is no link between the Pecorino cheese and the grape.

This is a crowd pleaser white with a pale yellow with golden hues colour. A round, intense nose with hints of fruit (peach, white grapefruit), flower (jasmine) and a touch of sweet spices. Nice dryness and structure with a  full-bodied, soft palate, an intriguing minerality and a with pretty long finish.
