Cotes du Rhone - Magie d’une Terre

The Cotes du Rhone has been a significant wine producing area since the Romans colonised France after entering from Marseilles. The wines represent excellent value for money. The winery is a co-operative that was begun in 1926 and is situated just north of the town of Orange in the Vaucluse department.

The wine is made with Grenache Syrah Carignan Mouvedre grapes and shows lovely firm berry fruit nose. On the palate a classically well structured Rhone flavor, a touch of crispness in middle palate and followed by a softly dry finish.
