Cerasuolo "Serranella" - Spinelli

Carasuolo is not the usual quite simple Rosé wine. Cerasa in the Southern Italian dialects means Cherry and the wine has been produced in this style for hundreds of years and recognised with a proper exclusive appellation (DOC).

Typical intense rosé colour, fruit-driven on the nose with red cherry and wild berries. Dry, fresh mouthfeel palate with a nice and clean aftertaste. Try it with old cuts, starters, pizza, white meat, vegetables, fish soup.
