Tasting Notes: This rose is made with 100% Pinot Meunier and shows a delicate stream of fine bubbles revealing a salmon pink colour with hints of orange. On the nose unveils fresh red fruits aromas (strawberry and cherry) and apple confit notes. On the palate has a nice richness which develops a generous aromatic red fruit complexity and delivers a refreshing end note.
