"il Rosa" Rosato - extra dry - (Sparkling)

Sommariva's "Il Rosa" is about as close as it gets to rosé Prosecco (although techinically such a thing is not possible!). Made from local grape variety Raboso and a touch of Pinot Noir, this ever-so-slightly-sparkling rosé is steeped in tart redcurrant and cranberry aromas. The palate displays pronounced acidity that is simply jaw-dropping as well as more tangy red fruit flavours.
