VinariusThe wines of Limoux are France’s oldest sparkling wines and the famous Blanquette de Limoux is made from the Mauzac grape. Cremant de Limoux was created in 1990 in order the accommodate the demand from producers for a more international style of wine.
This Cremate is made with 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir and it has a lovely yeasty, biscuit and persistent nose. In the mouth it is roundedwith lots of depth and flavour of freshly baked bread.
