The Vintage style of their Champagne has an harmonious stream of fine bubbles, producing a terrific and lasting mousse brings this Champagne to life. Light straw in colour with a silvery bead. A complex nose where honey, stewed fruit and very discreet died fruits notes.
Rich and opulent mouth, this blend of the three grape variety apples and biscuity chardonnay characters with pinot taking up the reins and coasting along on the finish.
