Vermouth Rosso Domenico Ulrich is a traditional Italian red vermouth revived by the Marolo Distillery using an original 1854 recipe by the pioneering botanist and pharmacist Dr. Domenico Ulrich.

Base Wine: 100% Cortese del Piemont
Color & Sweetening: Amber hue achieved through traditional burnt sugar rather than modern caramel colorings.
Flavor Profile: Fresh, spiced, and balsamic with prominent notes of bitter orange peel, gentian, and Piedmontese lemon balm.
ABV: 16.50%.
