 This is the quintessential Pinot Noir: Light but firm and elegant with vibrant berries, rose petals and hints of sweet spice. A perfect summer/spring red, it shows lively acidity, a light to medium body and a fresh, tangy finish. Made by Aline and Stephane from Domaine Claude Nouveau. The couple that owns and runs the small winery in the southern part of Burgundy and they have a particular touch for producing beautiful Pinot Noirs.
