Fiano "Sannio" - Il Poggio

This is one of Vinarius' suggested white wine by definition; an excellent quality/price wine with tons of character and elegance. Fiano is considered one of the best white grape variety from southern Italy capable of making well structured, mineral wines. This example shows a bouquet of breadcrumb undertone and mandarin fruit. The palate has layers of white flower, ripe tropical fruit, sweet spiciness and a dry, mineral acidity wrapped by a concentrated and refined texture.
