Gewurtztraminer - Girlan

Traminer is a small village in the Alto Adige - Sudtirol area of Italy where the Gewurtztraminer grapes comes from. The grape is slightly aromatic (Gewurtz in German means aromatic) and is well known in all the German speaking counties including Alto Adige in Italy and Alsace in France.

Aime' come precisely from the birthplace of the grapes and the style is quite different from the equivalent in Germany and Alsace. Here we have a dry and well-structured palate and a spicy and elegant nose.
