Grape Variety: 90% Trebbiano + 10% Petit Manseng

Tasting Notes: Skin-contact orange wine with an amber glow, fresh character, and light tannic grip. 90 days of skin maceration (on Petit Manseng skins), fermented with native/selected wild yeasts, and bottled unfiltered with minimal handling. Aromas and flavors of dried apricot, mandarin or orange peel, ripe peach, honeysuckle, and wild herbal notes of thyme with a clean, savoury mineral finish.

ABV: 12%
