Parussi is a cru in the Castiglione Falletto municipality; the vineyard has been planted at an altitude of about 200 mts a.s.l.

 This unfiltered example shows dried blueberries, eucalyptus and tobacco with some floral notes. Aged in large barrels of Slavonian oak for twenty-four months, developing a firm and elegant fine-grained tannins sustained by a very complex palate with liquorice, truffle and a amazingly long finish.
