The Beaujolais Nouveau is the first wine of the new vintage. Produced with a particular process called "carbonic maceration" from Gamay grapes, resulting in a light, fruity, soft and aromatic red wine which can also be served slightly chilled.
Jerôme Lacondemine take even further with a Beaujolais Village that is produced with no sulphites, low intervention and completely vegan friendly. A wine with a great intensity as well as complexity that can last well over one year, even acquiring with a bit of maturation, some more refinement.
