A blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia Toscana and Ansonica from her old vines in Bolsena that spent a month on skins before nine months in vats. These were amongst the first grapes Trish harvested in 2020 and the result is a bright, lively amber wine heady with apricot, minerals and spice.
