Roussette de Savoie "Altesse" - Domaine St. Germain (White, Natural)

Organic certified from ex environmental biologist Raphaël St. Germain. Low intervention, manual harvest. Places a huge emphasis on biodiversity in the vineyard. Also recycles CO2 produced during fermentation to reduce levels of SO2 in the winemaking process. This wine transports you straight to the Savoie mountains, it’s a melange of sherbet lemons, alpine herbs balanced with wonderful freshness and acidity. It can be enjoyed with a wide range of foods from raclette/fondue to grilled chicken, seafood and grilled/baked fish.
