English Sparkling Brut "Cuvée Koizumi Yakumo" 2010 - Breaky Bottom

Breaky Bottom was established in 1974 in a beautiful isolated fold in the Sussex Downs.

100% Seyval Blanc which is considered the signature grape variety by the producer himself. Appreciated for its "brioche notes balanced by soft red fruits", this cuvée received a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge. Aged on the lees and followed by a long bottle maturation to develop intensity and depth of flavour.
