Favorita - Langhe (White)

Though cultivated widely in the hills of Piedmont, Favorita is a relatively obscure grape variety outside of northern Italy. Genetically similar to Vermentino, it produces wines such as this with a citrusy, mineral bouquet coupled with high acidity, a medium to light body and a mouthwatering finish. Unoaked, this a wine perfect with fish, light appetizers or on its own as an aperitif. Drink now.
