Lemoss Frizzante - Ca' di Rajo (Sparkling)

A rustic sparkling wine made in the old fashioned col fondo (on the yeast) style with zero dosage, unfiltered and frizzante. The result is a lighter fizz than other sparkling wines. Lots of citrus peel, green apple combine with refreshing acidity and a beautiful dry finish.
