Primitivo "Linfae" Terre di Chieti - Orsogna (Red, Natural)

Biodynamic, vegan, unfiltered, spontaneous fermentation, no added suplhites. 

The colour is ruby purple, cloudy. The aroma is sweet, dominated by plum jam with cinnamon and rum, cherries. Lots of cherries on the palate, some residual sugar and higher acidity complement each other nicely. Medium soft tannin. Not a jammy Primitivo style, this is lighter and more drinkable. Fruity aftertaste.
