Provençal cuisine is simple  but very inspiring and high-spirited with fresh, tasty mediterranean ingredients such as olives, vegetables, wild herbs, garlic, fish, nicely prepared by our Chef Antonio Tonelli and always perfectly paired with a glass of Rosé.
