Robola of Kefalonia - Petrakopoulos
For years, Petrakopoulos winery experiments with natural vinifications, specific vineyard sites, limited production, testing different approaches to Greek varieties. Robola Classic from Thiramona,  Kephalonia, redefines the variety with a natural, raw approach making the most from its character and the terroir in which it is grown. No sulphites added, zero-intervention, and organic farming grapes from a single, pre-phylloxera vineyard. Acidity is its backbone, but then a complex structure of multiple layers of flavour make this wine a must to try.
