Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame - Domaine de Vieux Pressoir

Puy-Notre-Dame is an Appellation situated in the Loire valley at 20Km from Samur and it is particularly suited for the production of long ageing wines.

 This is the kingdom of the Cabernet Franc and here we have a great example with an elegant and intense bouquet that shows red plums, ripe strawberry, green pepper and touch of violet flower. On the palate the tannin is firm and supple a fresh acidity and some hearty notes on the finish. Try to open it 1 hour before drink it.
