Amaro Timous is an artisanal, small-batch herbal liqueur produced by the Italian brand Nepèta. Crafted in the Siracusa countryside of southeastern Sicily, it is highly regarded as a modern, bone-dry interpretation of traditional Italian digestifs.

Flavor Profile: It leads with a pungent, balsamic taste of wild thyme (Thymus capitatus). This builds into complex layers of citrusy bergamot and the warm, slightly sweet undertones of Italian helichrysum (which offers hints of chocolate and vanilla). The finish leaves lingering notes of hay, wood, and cut grass. 
No Refined Sugar: Unlike many commercial amari, Timous contains no added refined sugars, colorings, or caramel. It is sweetened exclusively with a very small percentage of raw, local Sicilian chestnut honey(under 5%), preserving its intensely bitter and rustic profile.
