Vermouth Bianco Domenico Ulrich is a refreshing, semi-dry white vermouth created from an 1854 recipe by botanist Dr. Domenico Ulrich and produced by the Marolo Distillery. 

Base Wine: 100% Cortese di Piemonte

ABV: 16%

Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow color with delicate aromas of elderberry, vanilla, and rose, balanced by sweet and bitter citrus/spice notes. 
Serving Style: Excellent sipped neat over ice with a lemon or orange twist, or mixed into cocktails and spritzes (such as with Prosecco and mint).
